Join us as we hear from District Governor Jeff Kolin as he shares his vision and strategies for this Rotary year.
Jeff Kolin brings more than 38 years of public service leadership to his role as Rotary District 5130 Governor for 2026–2027. During his distinguished career, he served as City Manager for Beverly Hills, Santa Rosa, and Pittsburg, as well as in leadership positions with numerous California local government organizations.
Among his many accomplishments are the development of the Geysers Wastewater Pipeline and Reuse Project, the Prince Memorial Greenway and Santa Rosa Creek Restoration Project, the Pittsburg Civic Center, and the creation of the Pittsburg Power Company—one of the few municipal gas and electric utilities established in California during the past 50 years.
