Our presenter today is our own Past District Governor Tom Boylan who was responsible for the creation of the District 5130 Mental Health Initiative, NorCalMentalHealth.org
As District Governor, he assembled a team of advisors to develop NorCalMentalHealth.Org, a website that provides mental health and crisis resources tailored to each of Northern California's seven counties. This project was initiated in response to a challenge from Rotary International President-Elect Gordon McInally, urging incoming Governors to address the stigma and barriers related to mental health.
