Topic: Civil Grand Jury System of California
Sharon DeBenedetti is Chairperson of the Sonoma County Chapter of the California Grand Jurors’ Association and Chairperson of CGJA’s Chapter Relations Subcommittee, where she works with Chapters throughout California to strengthen communication, share ideas, and support their continued growth.
She served three consecutive terms on the Sonoma County Civil Grand Jury from 2019 through 2022, including serving as Foreperson during the 2020–2021 term. Over the past four years, she has focused her work on strengthening relationships with the Civil Grand Jury and Superior Court, improving jury recruitment, increasing community awareness of the Civil Grand Jury, and more.
