Leslie Jordan is the CEO of Free to Be, an organization focused on building confidence, connection, and a strong sense of belonging for young people in local schools and communities.
She joined Free to Be in 2022 to help pivot and strengthen the organization’s focus on what young people are facing today. Since then, she has helped launch a renewed mission, grow the team, and deepen the organization’s reach and community impact. Her work centers on creating spaces where students feel seen, heard, and valued. She supports emotional well-being, healthy relationships, and the development of self-worth during critical growth years.
