About the Event
The Children's Museum of Sonoma County is once again looking for volunteers to participate in their youth enrichment program.
This volunteer opportunity is called Engineer It! It involves helping kids explore the basics of structural engineering as they design and build with cardboard and popsicle sticks. Along the way, they’ll strengthen their critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills through hands-on challenges and fun ways to test their structures; which one will fall over first?!
There are two shifts:
10am to 12pm
12pm to 2pm
These are fun projects and involve meaningful interactions with the kids.
